Team showed up at 7:30, right on time, and the whole experience was great from there. Very professional and hard working. There were some tough items including a treadmill and a pool table, and everything was moved without damage to the home or item. I was continually impressed by the whole team throughout.
My only issue was that we went a half hour over the estimate (8.5 hours) and we had done a considerable amount of moving prior. If we had left the rest of our stuff and not moved it ourselves it certainly would have gone 1-2 hours over the estimate. Not enough of an issue to lose a star though!
We were really pleased with the service from RJ Movers. They moved us locally about 20 miles away. It was a really hot day and the guys worked really hard. We had some complicated (& heavy) furniture and they were able to take care of it. Very pleased. Would hire again and recommended them to a friend who is moving later this year.
This is the 2nd time I have used this moving company. I was so impressed with the movers that I called them back for the second move. Both moves were less than a year apart. They arrive when they say they will and are very professional from beginning to end. They took great care with all my belongings and were very happy to accommodate any special requests. I have been a corporate gypsy my whole life and RJ's surpassed many of the national movers I have had in the past. You will not be disappointed in hiring this company. Ruth in the office is another wonderful asset to this organization also. On this last move it was scheduled for Wed. 4/15 and circumstances beyond my control on Tues. surfaced and the move had to be rescheduled for Fri., 4/17. They were able to accommodate me and the move was clear sailing thru out. You will not be disappointed in hiring RJ's!!!!!!
Exceptional moving company. RJ Moving company was on time, sent out courteous workers and they worked constantly. They overestimated the cost of moving and issued a credit the same day. I would definitely use them again.
Having always moved myself, I was unsure of what to expect having movers help. RJ movers was great since my first phone call to their office. They were prompt with communication and followed through with every step.
The movers themselves were friendly and checked to make sure things were going where I wanted them. They EVEN assembled my bed (my least favorite part).
If I ever move again, I will definitely come back to RJ Moving.
